"Abhimanyu ji is the best groomer – he genuinely cares for my Shih Tzu and treats animals with so much love. You can see it in the way he talks to them while grooming; it’s heartwarming. However, during my last visit, I was disappointed with the behavior of two of his coworkers. While Abhimanyu ji was calmly and patiently doing his job and it hadn’t even been 10 minutes since he started these two kept interrupting. One of them, another costumer arrived a lady who arrived late firstly, kept interfering as if she were some kind of queen. It was like she n those 2 coworkers of Abhimanyu disturbed the grooming session every 5 minutes. I’m paying for proper care and grooming, no matter how much time it takes. Such unnecessary interruptions are not acceptable. Please respect the process and the pet involved."
